It's fall yall, and we want to say thank you to our amazing customers with a special customer appreciation day! Come by from 12-1 on Friday Oct 25th for food and fun, meet the entire team and get a tour of the office.

Josh Ellis State Farm opened our doors in July of 2009. We were one of the fastest growing agencies in the state of Tennessee because we helped make insurance simple for people. We still serve our customers today with the same purpose, explain what coverage they have and why it is important to them now and how it can protect them in the future. We also go the extra mile to let our customers know how special they are to us with every interaction!

One of our favorite things is when our customers come into the office so we can serve them a cup of coffee and take our time answering any and all questions that they may have. This relationship is the basis of how we operate, and it’s also WHY we do things the way we do, because each person is important to us.

Josh is from Florida but has deep family roots in East Tennessee and is so glad that State Farm brought he and his family of 5 here back in 2008. He and his team have been involved at both AL Lotts and Northshore Elementary, where his kids attend. His “young” kids have now grown and he has one at Bearden High School and one at West Valley Middle School, but he and his wife Michele still have several years at Northshore with his youngest son! He’s been very involved in local sports as well as an active member at their church.

Our office has always focused on teamwork! Josh loves to chat with our customers about their life insurance options which help protect their family from the most tragic of events. We also have team members whose only goal is to help new customers understand what makes us different by preparing a custom quote for each person based on their needs. The backbone of our office is made up by our service team who are amazing at helping with claims or billing questions, and make sure that you always end up with a smile on your face.
